1. Corporate Identification and Acceptance of Terms
These Booking Conditions govern the online ticket sales and services provided by Servicios y Concesiones Marítimas Ibicencas, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "SERCOMISA"), holder of Tax Identification Number A07066749, with registered address at Calle Aragón, 71, 07800 Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. By using this Website (https://www.menorcalines.com) and completing a booking, you ("the User" or "the Client") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the most recent version of these General Contracting Conditions.
To make a reservation, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under Spanish law.
2. Booking Procedure and Purchase Confirmation
The Website provides an online platform for purchasing sea transport tickets for passengers, in line with SERCOMISA's regular maritime transport operations.
Once the purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. This email includes the reservation locator code, transaction details, and general contracting conditions, serving as your official proof of purchase.
3. Automated Boarding Pass Issuance
For your convenience, if you do not complete the check-in process online at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, our system will perform an automatic check-in. The boarding passes will be sent directly to your registered email address.
4. Rates, Payments and Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy
All rates displayed on the Website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and all applicable maritime/port taxes.
Upon confirming your purchase, the total amount of the booking will be charged immediately and automatically to your credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Policy: Under no circumstances will SERCOMISA issue refunds for client-initiated booking cancellations.
5. Code of Conduct and Service Modifications
Users agree to utilize the services in compliance with Spanish law, moral principles, public order, and these Terms. SERCOMISA reserves the right to modify services, technical parameters, or operating conditions unilaterally and without notice to ensure quality and operational efficiency.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
In accordance with current personal data protection laws (including the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD), any personal data provided during booking or navigation will be stored in a file managed by SERCOMISA, located at Calle Aragón, 71, 07800 Ibiza. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by contacting us at this address.
If you consent to receiving promotional material, your details may be shared with Alonso Marí, S.A. (INSOTEL GROUP) to send you offers from SERCOMISA and its affiliates. This consent can be revoked at any time.
If you provide details of third-party passengers, you certify that you have obtained their prior consent and informed them about how their data will be processed as detailed herein.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of this agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. The User expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply.
