Tucked away in a historic, vaulted stone building in the old quarter of Ciutadella, it holds the distinction of being the only restaurant in Menorca with official Slow Food and Km 0 certifications. Chef Sílvia Anglada and her partner Toni Tarragó run this cozy spot with a passion for preserving the local ecosystem.
The philosophy here is simple: nothing is imported if it can be found in Menorca. Chef Sílvia works directly with small local farmers, fishermen, and cheese makers to create a menu that changes daily based on what is fresh and in season.
